Grab ship unloader has the utility of unlolading enormous bulk cargos in docks and has the main features of unloading capacity and of being able to unload various cargos and of having good adjustability to different size of ship.



Brab ship unloader comprise of steel structures, hoisting and closing mechanism, trolley traveling mecha-nism, luffing mechanism, traveling mechanism, machine house, lift, grab, dust preventing system, electrical equipment, and necessary safety and aid devices. And, reducer and four linked drums can be applied to the trolley traveling mechanism as well as hoisting and closing mechanism which are also accessible to PLC fre-quency changeable and digital speed altering system and CMMS. Therefore the two above systems has the functions of analysis and monitor and efficient power supply of communication and illumination. Also, the grabcan be equipped with electronic anti-swaying system.



Steelstructure has a diversity of different types such as single and double box girder, truss boom, armboom and H gantry frame.
