3E-IAN001 strengthened ionizing dust-eliminating nozzle is the minimal product of 3E series products. Specially designed for automatic manufacture line and it features small volume, convenient installation, steady performance, etc. Also, it's the ideal fittings of automatic sprinkling and smearing line, high-speed imprinter, plating and package machine.
3E-IAN001 is installed at the position where the static generates easily and make static-eliminating and dust-eliminating word automatic. It can connect manual control with automatic control and eliminate static and dust on the surface of product and the surface will no longer absorb dust particles.
This product is very safe. Operator will not be shocked by electricity, even though he touched the discharge needles for being careless. Also, no fire-striking phenomena occur on the condition that humidity of air is large and water content in compressed air is high.
3E-IAN001 strengthened ionizing dust-eliminating air nozzle need to be equipped with 3E-HVG001 high-voltage generator at one time in order to use.
3E-HVG001 can connect with two sets of 3E-IAN001 to use at the same time.

3. Installation and Use
3E-IAN001 ionizing dust-eliminating nozzle should be fixed on the position where it is 100~300mm away from protected goods and in the meantime ensure the airflow covers protected objects.
Ensure the compressed air input must be clean and dry and the air pressure range is 0.3~0.6Mpa.
Connect high-voltage down-lead with 3E-HVG001 and ensure they have good grounding.
Installation should be done by qualified electricians.
