Anti Static Ventilation Panel Feature Specification

Anti-static ventilation panel is mainly used in such workshops making semi-conductors, integrated circuit, telecommunication equipment bio-chemicals where clean environment is essential.



Formation:

Its structure is similar to that of anti-static steel access panel. But the inside of the ventilation panel is empty and without foamed cement. Both top and bottom steel sheets and HPL/PVC tile are punched to form ventilation holes. Ventilation panel, blended with anti-static access panel, is used for the places where air flow is necessary under the floor.



The ventilation rate of LF 6020 is 20%. the ventilation panel of this series is equipped with damper to adjust the air volume if necessary and the air volume can be freely adjusted within the range of 0----20%

The ventilation rate of LF6040 series is 40%, which is suitable for clean workshops requiring high-volume ventilation.
