Summary
JM1-2.5, JM1-2.5D type small busbar are used in the electric equipments of AC 660V (50Hz or 60Hz ), DC 440V. The current should not greater than 120A. Each side of JM1-2.5 series small busbar has two M4 screws, each of them can connect 4 pieces of 2.5mm2 wire, to obtain AC or DC power.
Characteristics
1. The insulation material adopts the thermoplasticity fire-retardant engineering plastics. Have good insulation, high mechanical and fire-retardant performances. It can be continuously used in the temperature of 120 centigrade. The fire-retardant performance reaches the standard of UL94-V0.
2. Can be installed on G type or TH type slide ways. JM1-2.5 can be installed on G32-15, 18 slide way. JM1-2.5D can be installed on TH15-5.5 slide way. JM1-2.5D1 can be installed on TH35-7.5 slide way. It's firm to install on the slide way. And slide way provide easy installation and removal of terminal blocks.
3. The sealing structure of the insulation is made up of three parts. And there's a protection cover on its top, to prevent things falling into it to reduce accidents.
4. The fastener that used for connecting wire adopts auto-rise screw. The washer can go up and down with the screw. It is convenient and reliable to connect.
5. This product can be used with other terminal blocks like JF5 type that manufactured by our company. The mark and fix-up components you need can select from other terminal blocks. The products have already formed universalization, seriation, standardization.
Normal Running Condition
1. Surrounding temperature: -25 centigrade ~ +40 centigrade.
2. The sea level of installation site should not exceed 2000m.
3. The pollution level is 2.
4. The grade of installation is III.
5. The relative humidity does not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is 40 centigrade. The humidity will be higher under lower temperature. The average minimum temperature does not exceed +25 centigrade in the wettest moon. The largest relative humidity of this month does not exceed 90%, should consider the frost on the surface of products because of the change of temperature.
